LOCATION 1
Commonwealth Pool
– 1830 meet outside Commonwealth Pool for 1845 sharp start. We meet at the bike racks to the left of the front door, beside the car park. Edinburgh front runners meet at the right hand side or inside the building so check you have the right Group!
– £1 subs for those who haven’t block paid. £10 block payment for the next 3 months can be made. For bank transfer details please contact Angus McLean.
– Group 1 Mark and Steve – 1 X 800mtr, 4 X 400mtr, 4 X 200mtr, 1 X 800mtr, 4 X 100mtr
– Group 3 Graeme and Sandy – Duddingston Steps & Loop Round
– Access to toilets in Commonwealth pool. (Walk past reception, through cafe chairs to behind vending machines for toilets).
LOCATION 2
Dalkeith Community Campus (Track Session)
Meet at the track for 1830 sharp for warm-up and session. Toilets and changing facilities are available inside the main building. £2 unless you’ve block paid, then it’s £1.
– Group 2 – Interval session – WU, 3 X 800mtr, 4 X 400mtr, 3 X 200mtr, CD
