Meet sharp at Quay Musselburgh for a 9AM start.

Route will be up Old Craighall, along the path to Rosslyn and back. Handy for adjusting your distance and turn whenever you want.

Slaw leading for 16 miles, some will do 20 and others 10, so come along and there will be someone running your distance/pace.
