Monthly Track Session – The last Wednesday of every month PRC will offer a coached track session with Craig and Shery at the helm up at Dalkeith campus track. We are asking PRC members to pay £2 contribution fee to help cover a portion of the track hire cost. The session is very inclusive and we even bring along a speaker to keep you motivated on those tempo efforts!

Summer – Meeting outside the Commonwealth Pool next to the bike lock-up every Wednesday at 6.30pm from 3rd April 2024. Most nights there will be three sessions for you to pick from with at least one group offering shorter reps and another offering half/marathon focussed sessions. Toilets are available at the Commonwealth Pool.

Winter – We’ll return to Porty Promenade from Wednesday, September 27th 2023, last winter session on March 27th 2024. Meeting at 6.30PM at Tribe Porty, 19 Windsor Place, just off the high street.
