– 1830 meet for 1845 start.
– NEW BLOCK. £10 for those who block pay and £1 subs for those who don’t block pay
– Group 1 Stephen and Sophie – Nantwich Loops
– Group 2 Aly and Alan – 5 x 1km with 200m kick
– Group 3 Sandy – 800m, 2x400m, 4x200m, 2x400m, 800m at Joppa
If this is your first session it’s free, then £1 per week or block pay as above for the quarter. Block payments can be made by cash or contactless, if using cash please bring correct change/notes.
